Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.  Customer will pay additional shipping fees only when a different type of shipping is requested (ex. expedited or overnight) or the customer is returning an item.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, SB Wig Melange cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

5. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund for the affected items.

6. Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sbwigmelange@gmail.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any address changes.
