Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.  No refunds will be issued for refused shipments.  There are no exceptions.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wigs or hairpieces that have been worn or altered.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at sbwigmelange@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
